· We currently ship to the following regions: the United States, Canada, Mexico, the European Union, and the Caribbean.

· If you are located in an area we do not currently serve, please contact us.

· Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items, your shipping address, and the selected service.

· We partner with reliable carriers like USPS, DHL, FedEx, UPS, and Local Postal Services to ensure your order arrives safely.


Shipping Destination Standard Shipping (Time & Cost)

Domestic (U.S.) / Regional 10-18 business days — Calculated at Checkout.

International 15-20 business days — Calculated at Checkout.


Note: Expedited shipping options are currently unavailable. All orders are shipped via our standard free service.


4. Order Tracking

· Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to follow your package's journey.

· You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.


5. Shipping Delays

· Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control (such as weather events, customs inspections, or carrier delays) may impact delivery times. We appreciate your understanding in these situations.

· During peak seasons (like holidays), please allow for additional processing and delivery time.


6. Incorrect Shipping Address

· Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer.

· If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.


7. Lost or Stolen Packages

· Stevens Elysee Store is not liable for any package that is lost or stolen after being marked as "delivered" by the carrier. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance in these cases.

· For international orders, any customs fees, import duties, or taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are determined by your local government.
